Ionothermal Synthesis of Triclinic SAPO-34 Zeolites

A triclinic SAPO-34 molecular sieve was synthesized ionothermally. The as-synthesized products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), fourier infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric (TG) analyses. formation mechanism of the hierarchical porous zeolites factors affecting morphology investigated. results show that pores is in accordance with Ostwald ripening theory, accumulation grains constitutes existence mesopores macropores. crystallization temperature, ionic liquid type, organic amines can effectively change crystallinity sieve. template have great influence on (111) crystal plane, thus Moreover, it be proven through NMR TG analyses liquids used as structure directing agents together.
